CIS is an active participant on the project team from the beginning of a project. Working very closely with Tenants/Brokers/Owners/and Property/Construction Managers to assist in all project phases including, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, schedule preparations, etc.

The client’s deadlines and budgets are understood and made the topmost priority of our Project Managers. CIS works closely throughout the permit process with the Architects and Engineers, making every effort to expedite the client’s project in the timeliest manner possible.
Experience
CIS has successfully completed all levels of commercial projects. Ranging from Class A office space to functional warehouse facilities, no project is too small or too large. We also work with the property management teams to fulfill re-leasing requirements such as re-carpeting and re-painting for existing tenants.
About Us
Michael M. Uddo, President
Michael has over 30 years experience in the South Florida tenant improvement market. He has a BS degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Prior to starting his own business Michael honed his working knowledge as a Project Manager for two established and well-known construction companies, Miller Construction Company and Itasca Construction Associates.
Christopher Bennett, Project Manager/Estimator
Chris has a 30-year sales/construction background. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS degree in the Liberal Arts. His experience ranges from 10 years of employment with the Hill Rom Company, consulting in the design and construction of all high level of care departments such as Intensive Care Units, Emergency Departments and Operating Rooms. The last 20 years has been spent solely in the tenant improvement market.
